Spend Mo Money: Magnetic Bookmarks Service now in India!

I’ve always been fascinated by magnetic bookmarks. From little Harry Potter ones to the latest characters in the fiction and fantasy world from DoSab, Six of Crows, A Darker Shade of Magic and many more. I’ve seen them on many bookstagram pictures but sadly, they were not sold in my country (India) and the shipping cost was way too high. So, I just gawked at these on various Instagram accounts and even tried to make my own (that disastrous story is for another day :P).

So, me and  my fellow Indian bibliophiles prayers were finally answered when The Paper Charm Shop opened there magnetic bookmarks biz in India (hallelujah)! I couldn’t wait any longer and brought their latest ones.  At the moment, they have a small collection of:

  • Harry Potter bookmarks
  • Sherlock bookmarks
  • Bookish Fandom Subscription box
  • Anime Fandom Subscription box

These are very affordable and you can find the prices on their site and check their Instagram for regular updates and sneak peaks.

I got the Bookish Fandom subscription for the month of May and the theme was A court of Wings and Ruin due to the release of this book! More or less, everyone who has read this series, has fallen in love with the world created by Sarah J Mass. And hot damn! Rhysand ❤ ❤

I ordered it in the first week of May and got it around 20th. It costed me Rs. 199 only and it packed so much!

The packing in which it came was an envelope made of the map of Prythian, where the story is based and there was a cutsie the paper charm shop sticker to keep it sealed.

Moving on to the goodies inside, there were:

  • 3 art prints
  • 4 magnetic bookmarks
  • 5 normal bookmarks

The art prints were of the famous quote (picture below), Night Court and Feyre and Rhysand with his inner circle.

The bookmarks again had some quotes from the series as well as one of Velaris, city of Starlight.

Moving on to the highlight- magnetic bookmarks! YAY! This included a cocky Rhysand and the 3 books in the series along with the blurb. Though I wish both sides of the bookmark were same which were only in the bookmark of A Court Of Wings and Ruin. Rhysand’s wing span is looking quite big 😉

These were all on printed on glossy photo paper which gave them a matte finish and a sturdy and beautiful look!

The only thing I wished for in the magnetic bookmarks was –

  • Not have creases on the folded side
  • More characters oriented

Yep, it’s lit and that’s pretty much it!

Lemme know your thoughts and some book review you want to see by me or something! Till then, Ciao :*
